Our commercial real estate development activities are undertaken through Kirk Family entity, Kirk Development, which is a leading, full service property development firm in the Findlay/Hancock County region of Ohio. Our real estate portfolio, which totals just under 1M square feet, includes Class A office space as well as manufacturing, warehousing, and industrial holdings.
Waste and recycling services are delivered through Kirk Family entity, H & O Services, LLC, which began as a start-up business in 2005. From a fleet that initially consisted of a single hook-lift vehicle, H & O Services now offers full scalability to its customers’ requirements through a robust inventory of waste trucks, specialty trailers, and heavy equipment.
Our industrial services work is undertaken through Kirk Family entity, Findlay Machine & Tool, Inc., which, while acquired by the Kirks in 1987, traces its roots to the 1940s. With some of the top local tradesmen in our employ, our Industrial Services group delivers turnkey solutions for factory lines, industrial facilities, and machine shops. Our capabilities include millwrighting, light rigging, vibration analysis, engineering, piping, electrical controls programming as well as preventative maintenance, emergency response and equipment repairs/rebuilds.
Machining and fabrication services are delivered through Kirk Family entity, Findlay Machine & Tool, Inc., which is an ISO 9001:2008 certified shop. Our state-of-the art, 113,000 SF facility offers CNC and manual machining and includes the latest in HAAS technology as well as 25 and 100 ton cranes which span the bay. Our welders represent the top talent in the fabrication industry and, among other credentials, hold AWS & ASME certifications.
Our line of industrial parts washing equipment is delivered through Kirk Family entity, Findlay Machine & Tool, Inc., which for over 25 years, has designed, fabricated and installed aqueous-based parts washing equipment for the automotive, heavy equipment, defense, and aerospace industries, as well as many others. Our industry-leading line of washers can be found on the factory floors of numerous Fortune 100 companies and deliver best-in-class cleaning solutions for even the most demanding specifications.
